Flat 4’s portfolio spans residential, hospitality, retail and cultural projects across Italy. The studio works on restoration, refurbishment, new-build, interiors and urban planning, developing projects from strategy and feasibility through design and coordination to delivery.
Flat 4 has no signature style. Architecture emerges through the research and design process. Each project is shaped by its context, the client’s brief, local construction techniques and materials, and the people who use it. By revealing latent potential and turning constraints into opportunities, Flat 4 strives to create economic and architectural value in every project.
